Similar to owning a boat, the two greatest days in a cafe owner's life are the day he opens his shop, and the day he sells it. After nine incredible years of roasting—including three amazing years in the Highlands shop—the time has come for my next adventure. What started as a passionate side project with a close buddy nearly a decade ago grew into something truly special. Serving the Highlands community these past three years has been an absolute blast.
To my amazing regulars, most of whom I know by name: you made the early mornings completely worth it. To the NAM family, thank you so much for all the love and support. I ask that you give the new owner—a St. Peters parishioner and father of five—all the love, prayers, and patronage that you have shown me.
I will let the new operator make their own announcement, but as a neighborhood local, I couldn't be more excited. They are a perfect fit! Their opening timeline is ambitious and they have a lot of equipment to move in, so I will be handing over the keys as soon as possible. With that in mind, our final days open will be this Thursday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. with our normal menu items. Please note that I won't be selling bagged coffee, as I am using my remaining inventory to fulfill online orders.
I have loved sharing my passion for great coffee with you all every morning. As I step into retirement from the coffee world, thank you deeply for your support, your conversation, and for making Rebelbean a part of your daily routine.
Cheers!
Brandon, and the rest of the Hart Family.
